Description

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation of Novatia’s Oligo HTCS platform at client sites.
• Provide phone, augmented reality, and live support to resolve customer service requests related to Novatia’s Oligo HTCS platform.
• Plan and perform oligonucleotide MS laboratory experiments while on-site at Novatia.
• Communicate results with customers via email, phone call or formal presentation as required.
• Participate in the development of new analytical methods.
• Ensure proper function and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.

Requirements

Candidate profile:

• Minimum educational requirement MS degree (or BS with 3+ years experience) in sciences, engineering, or equivalent.
• Hands on experience with operating liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry systems.
• Good interpersonal skills / strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Ability to travel with in the USA/ Canada for system installation and maintenance for a week at a time. Required travel 10-30% to customer sites.
• Excellent hands-on, technical problem-solving ability.
• Goal-orientated team player.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to rent a car if required.
• Able to lift 40 lbs without assistance.
